Holiday Lights & Dimensional Magic

Here's a before-bed post. It's actually past midnight here D:

Just simple cards using the PTI Holiday Lights set. I added some Kaisercraft rhinestones for the extra bling.

I tried something a little different with the sentiment. I "gradient inked" and stamped the sentiments from Think Big Favorites #8 with 3 different colours to match the lights. Then, ever so slightly offset from the coloured stamped image, I stamped it over with SU! Early Espresso ink. This adds a bit of colour to what would have otherwise been a rather bland black/brown sentiment.

Here's another one with Plaid Royal Coat Dimensional Magic instead of the rhinestones. They really add a bit of magic to there and look great with the Holiday Lights.

A close-up on the Dimensional Magic - it's a little subtle in the photo but it looks a little better in real life. It's a lot of fun to apply - the worst thing is waiting several hours for it to dry and set!

Anyway, that's it for today!

With Spring/Summer comes hay fever and it's been killing me all day! Sleep certainly is a fool-proof method for symptomatic relief, so off to bed for me! Hope everyone has a great day! :)

Very fun. I just got this set, and am excited to play with it. I like how you have gotten so creative with the sentiment and the lights.

Euna, I just made a card this evening using this set and adding glossy accents to the bulbs! Great minds think alike!
Yours turned out fabulously!
